Healthy No Bake Oreo Recipe - The Raweo
Oreos are a classic favourite for so many people around the world. Although I, like many other vegans am super happy that the original cookies don't contain eggs or dairy, they are unfortunately highly processed and full of refined sugar.
I've seen a lot of raw vegan versions of oreos online so I decided to do my own take on them. Last year I created a caramel version of the classic biscuit (find it here), but I realised I hadn't yet created a recipe of the original flavour.

My version are gluten free, refined sugar free and almost raw. if you follow a strict raw diet simply substitute the maple syrup for agave and omit the coconut milk)
