It's always sad to see the end of summer. The evenings beginning to close in, the morning sun appearing that little bit later and most of all... berry season comes to an end!

But not all is lost, September is a great season for lots of yummy fruits, in this case red currants which are as delicious as they are photogenic. Red currants are high in fibre, B vitamins and vitamin C, which is great for strengthening the immune system for the change in season.

These breakfast jars are made up of chia pudding, coconut yoghurt, fresh fruits and other toppings. They are great to bring to work/school as a snack and the chia seeds will keep you feeling full until lunch.

Best thing about these pots is they are quick and easy to make and you can be as creative as you want with them. Be sure to tag me in your creations on instagram, can't wait to see what you make :)
