MILK CHOCOLATE (FUDGE-Y)

INGREDIENTS

You will need 2 large or 4 small silicone moulds

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/6 tsp himalayan pink salt

  • 2 tbsp coconut milk

  • 1 1/2 tbsp cashew butter

  • 1 tbsp raw coconut butter or raw creamed coconut

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

 PREPARATION

 

  1. Melt the coconut oil and raw coconut over a double water boiler.

  2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.

  3. Transfer the chocolate to a silicone mould and place in the freezer to set for one hour.

  4. Remove the chocolate from the silicone mould and enjoy!

  5. Its best to keep the chocolate stored in the fridge or freezer to prevent it from softening at room temperature.
